Terms of Use
These terms apply to the ToneHub app and this website. By using ToneHub you agree to them and to the ToneHub Privacy Policy.
YouTube
ToneHub uses YouTube API Services to search for and play YouTube videos. By using ToneHub, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Videos play in YouTube's embedded player and remain the property of their owners.
Apple Music and other services
Songs from Apple Music play under Apple's terms and require your own access to Apple Music. Links to other music apps and tab sites open those services, whose own terms apply.
Shared tones
If you sign in and publish tones, you're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything unlawful, abusive or that you don't have the right to share. We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report or block content and users in the app.
The app
ToneHub is provided free, "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using it. Play at a safe volume.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above when we do.
